RASPBERRY JAM 
4 level c. mashed raspberries
1 (2 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
6 level c. sugar

Measure fruit into 6 or 8-quart kettle. Add pectin; stir well. Place over high heat. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Add sugar, mix well. Continue stirring and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard exactly 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour into sterilized jars, put lids in place. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes to ensure sealing.
