COPPER COUNTRY PASTIE | |
1/4 lb. round steak 1 med. potato 1 sm. carrot 1 med. onion Salt and pepper Butter 1 pie crust Roll pie crust to fit bottom of 9-inch pie tin. In bowl, add potato, sliced thin, onion, sliced thin, grated carrot, and meat, cut in small cubes. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Put in half of pie shell. Dot with butter. Fold crust over. Crimp edge. Make a small slit on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Recipe makes 1 pastie. |
