MICROWAVE APPLE BUTTER 
4 c. applesauce
1 pkg. Sure Jel
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 1/2 c. sugar

In 3 quart bowl, stir together applesauce, Sure Jel, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Cover and microwave at high for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Add sugar to hot mixture. Stirring twice. Boil for 1 minute. Quickly ladle into hot jars. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Yield: 6 half pints.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
