1 yellow or white cake mix

Bake in 13"x9" pan. Remove from oven and pierce with fork 1" apart across top of cake. Cover with medium or 2 small cans of crushed pineapple and juice. let cool.

Mix 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix with 1/2 cup milk and mix gently with large whipped topping (low speed on mixer). Frost cake and top with coconut if desired.
