CHERRY PUDDING CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. fresh cherries

Mix all ingredients except cherries. Fold in cherries. Place in a greased and floured square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with milk or cold all by itself.
