WHITE & WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 box white & wild rice
1 sm. can mushroom pieces (or you can use fresh)
1 can steak sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion

Cook rice as directed and set aside. Saute peppers, celery and onion until soft. Add to rice. Add steak sauce and mushrooms. Mix together and put in baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes. This is good to use instead of dressing.
