2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Butter sides of pan. Over medium heat, stir sugar and milk until it boils. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix together and pour into 9 inch lightly buttered pan and refrigerate.
