HAM AND POTATO SKILLET 
1 lb. ham
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 sliced onion
1 can cream soup (celery or mushroom)
1 soup can milk
3 c. thin sliced potatoes
1 c. thin sliced carrots

Dice and brown ham in butter, brown sugar and onion. Set aside. Mix soup, milk, potatoes and carrots and cook until tender. Add ham mixture to vegetables and serve.
