1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
1 pkg. frozen artichokes, chopped
1 sm. can green chiles
1 c. mayonnaise
1 wedge Parmesan cheese, grated

Mix together and cook until heated through good. Good with tortilla chips.
