CLAM BALLS 
1 pkg. stuffing mix
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
2 eggs
1 stick butter
2 cans minced clams & juice
1 lg. onion, chopped fine

Saute onions and celery in butter. Put all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape into balls. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Foil on baking dish helps.
