COCONUT POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda, mix with flour
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 sm. can angel flake coconut

Cream butter until smooth; gradually add sugar. Mix until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beat after each addition. Add flour gradually, beating well. Add sour cream and flavorings. Mix. Add coconut and when well mixed, pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Boil 5 minutes and pour over cake.
