COLD CRAB SPREAD 
1 c. crabmeat, any shell or cartilage removed
Juice of 1 lemon (no seeds, please)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 scallion, finely minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. (or more) Worcestershire

Gently stir the lemon juice through the crabmeat and plop in the refrigerator. When you are good and ready (not until) mix the cream cheese with the rest of the ingredients until well blended or until you are tired of mixing. Gently, now, stir in the crabmeat. Chill.

Serve to your favorite friends with your favorite "spreader" and your favorite crackers (or whatever happens to be on sale at your favorite grocery).
