SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. chopped meat
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 shakes ground allspice
1/2 c. cracker mix or flavored bread crumbs
1 med. onion (sliced very sm. or minced onion flakes)

Beat eggs together in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup milk. Set aside. Mix meat and bread crumbs and onion in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and allspice. Blend in the milk and eggs. Mixture will be soft. Form mixture into small meat balls and place in a greased frying pan. Turn meat balls frequently to brown on all sides. Cook in a pan any good gravy mix. Flavor to taste. Pour warm gravy over meat balls and let them simmer until ready to eat.
