SWEET POTATO BISCUIT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed sweet potato

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in Crisco; add sweet potatoes. Stir until mixed, all ingredients moist. Sprinkle milk over dough. Turn onto floured board. Roll; cut.

Bake in 450°F oven 10 minutes.
