SWEET POTATO BISCUITS 
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
buttermilk

Mix flour, sweet potatoes, butter, sugar and baking soda. Mix with buttermilk until desired consistency. Roll and cut.

Bake a 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
