POTATO WEDGES 
8 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Onion salt
Pepper

Wash potatoes and slice into thick wedges lengthwise, leaving skins on. Place on baking sheet, skin side down. Generously brush all sides of potatoes with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with onion salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
