SPINACH AND FETA CRESCENTS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together spinach, cheese, crumbs, lemon juice in saucepan until crumbly but moist. Unroll dough, separate into 16 triangles; cut each in half lengthwise, forming 32 triangles. Spread each triangle with teaspoon spinach mixture. roll up, starting at end. Place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden.
