POTATO DUMPLINGS 
2 c. (well packed) boiled, riced potatoes
1 c. flour
1 heaping tbsp. farina
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Czech

Mix all ingredients on a board, knead dough well, shape in balls the size of a small orange and cook, covered, in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes.
