SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped or minced onion
1/4 c. favorite steak sauce
4 med. potatoes
1 c. cheese, any kind

Brown ground beef and onion together. Drain grease. Stir in sauce. Simmer while making mashed potatoes. Pour meat into casserole pan. Cover with mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper as needed. Top with favorite cheese and warm at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
