TURKEY LOAF | |
1 lb. fresh ground turkey 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb-stuffing mix 4 lg. onions, quartered 2 green peppers, seeded & chunked 2 eggs 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1-1/2 tsp. salt In large bowl, mix ground turkey with herb-stuffing mix. In blender, combine onions, green pepper chunks, eggs, pepper and salt. Pour onion puree mixture over turkey combination; mix well with large spoon. Form mixture into 2 loaves. Place in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until crusty. Cut into slices. Loaves may be frozen before baking. |
