TURKEY STUFFING FOR 18 POUND
BIRD
 
4 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. butter
4 qts. dry bread crumbs
1 box croutons
1/4 c. green peppers
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 can Miller Lite
Cut up giblets, cooked (save broth)
Whole mushrooms, fresh

Saute celery and onion in butter. Combine bread crumbs, croutons, seasonings. Add rest of ingredients. Stuff bird. Drink 2nd 1/2 can of Miller Lite.
