CHICKEN ROTEL | |
6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken 1 lg. pkg. tortilla chips 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk 2 cans Rotel tomatoes, diced with green chilies 1 1/2-2 lbs. Velveeta cheese Cook chicken, remove skin and bone, dice. Cut Velveeta into small pieces. In large microwave bowl combine cheese, soup, Rotel and milk - microwave on High until cheese is melted - stir every 4-5 minutes. Place chips in 13 x 9 inch baking dish, cover with diced chicken and pour cheese mixture over evenly. Heat in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. |
