GRANDMA'S SUET PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1 c. suet (ground)
1 c. potato (ground)
1 c. carrots (grated)
1 c. flour
1 c. raisins (chopped)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. (heaping) soda
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Steam 3 hours.

Use half brown sugar and half white sugar, cornstarch, boiling water. Cook. Should not be too thick. Flavor with rum, wine or whiskey.
