BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Little garlic sauce
1 tsp. salt

Cook the above until tender. Add:

1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pepper

Simmer 20 minutes. Make a beef roast in oven; when almost done, add the sauce and shred the meat with 2 forks. Serve on buns.
