FRESH PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

Mix together: 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Stir in: 2 tbsp. milk

Mix until crumbly and press into bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.

FILLING:

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix together above ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear and bubbly. Add 3 tablespoons dry orange gelatin. Cool. Put 2 or 3 cups fresh sliced peaches in pie shell. Pour mixture over sliced peaches; top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Sprinkle nuts on top.
