SWEET POTATO CAKE 
1 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sm. jars baby food (sweet potato)

GLAZE:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, cloves and cinnamon alternately with the baby food. Bake in Bundt pan at 325 degrees about 1 hour. Glaze while hot. (Other baby food can be used, such as plum with tapioca or apricots).
