4 c. raw sweet potatoes, grated
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 c. sweet milk

Mix all ingredients except eggs and potatoes. Beat eggs well, add then fold in potatoes. Bake in deep dish until firm in 400 degree oven about 1 hour. One cup nuts or raisins may be added.
