3 egg whites, beaten until stiff
3 tbsp. sugar
Grated coconut

Stir the sugar and the coconut into the egg whites. In an oiled pan, drop individual meringues and sprinkle grated coconut on them. Place the pan in the oven at 200 degrees until the coconut begins to brown.
