BROCCOLI AND MACARONI 
Head of broccoli, diced
Garlic, diced (5 cloves)
1/2 c. olive oil
College Inn chicken broth
Salt (to taste)
Macaroni (ziti)
Grated cheese (to taste)
1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)

In pot brown garlic and oil and red pepper. Add broccoli and saute a few minutes. Add can of broth and 1/2 can water. Cook until broccoli is soft (covered). Boil water, add pasta (1 pound to 1 1/2 pounds) and salt. Drain, add to serving boil. Put broccoli on top, add cheese.
