SPINACH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 4 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. flour 10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 8 oz. cottage cheese Defrost spinach. Squeeze all water from it. Mix spinach together with beaten eggs, flour and cheeses. Put mixture into an oiled large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. |
