EASY CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
4 whole chicken breasts, boneless 8 slices Swiss cheese 8 slices imported ham 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. dry white wine 1 c. herb bread stuffing mix, crushed 1/4 c. butter Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top chicken with layers of ham and cheese. Combine soup and wine, mixing well. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
