1 c. sour dough See starter recipe
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/3 c. buttery type oil (Melt 1 tbsp. butter and add oil)

Mix lightly together and pour onto a hot griddle.
