CHICKEN KABOBS 
3 chicken breasts, boned and cut in chunks
1/4 lb. chicken livers
1 lg. green pepper, cut in squares
1 onion, cut in chunks
6 mushroom caps

Marinate chicken 1 hour in following: 2/3 c. salad oil 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. sherry wine 1/2 tsp. MSG 1 sm. garlic clove, crushed

Arrange chicken and above ingredients on skewers and brush with marinade. Put under broiler 4 inches from heat. Broil 20-25 minutes (brushing and turning frequently). Serve over rice. Makes 2-3 large servings.

This recipe is also very good substituting pork tenderloin chunks for chicken breasts and chicken livers.
