EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened cond. milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick mix
1 tsp. vanilla
Sugar, granulated

In a large bowl, mix milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla, mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 degrees 6 to 8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.

For Peanut Blossoms - do not flatten with fork. Press milk chocolate candy kiss in center of each ball immediately after baking.
