STRAWBERRY MARSHMALLOW WHIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Set bowl of gelatin firmly in bowl of ice. Whip until very light and fluffy. Blend with Cool Whip. Fold in marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into 8 cup mold and chill until firm. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Makes 8-10 servings.
