HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. pork shoulder
1 lb. raw ham
Onions
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. crumbs
1 1/2 c. tomatoes
Seasoning

Grind together pork, ham, and onion. Add 2 eggs, milk, crumbs, and seasoning. Mold into loaf in pan or casserole dish. Cover with more crumbs and 1 1/2 cups tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You may use a ham loaf from freezer compartment of grocery instead of grinding your own.
