1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 eggs, slightly beaten
5 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream

Cream sugar and butter together; sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda and nutmeg. Mix in extract and egg to dry ingredients; add sour cream. Mix well. Roll and cut out. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees approximately 12-15 minutes or until browned.
