FAWN'S CHICKEN CORN SOUP WITH RIVALS | |
1 whole chicken, boiled several hours 2 cans corn 5-6 chicken bouillon cubes Remove meat from bones and set aside. After boiling the chicken and removing the meat, bring the chicken broth to a boil. While the broth is boiling, sprinkle in the rivals. Stir constantly with a whisk. This mixture should thicken. RIVALS: Rivals are made by combining 1 egg with 2 cups of flour. Mix with a fork until you have the consistency of sand. Add bouillon cubes to the corn that has not been drained. Simmer gently until the cubes are melted. Then add the chicken meat. Add corn and chicken meat mixture to the chicken broth and serve hot. |
