1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 (3.5 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (12 or 8 oz.) container Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crush in food processor

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and butter in a medium size bowl. Then mix pudding, Cool Whip and milk in separate large bowl. Use a sand pail, first layer pudding, then cookie mixture, top with cookie. Add candy shells for fun.
