HAWAIIAN FRUIT PIE 
2 baked pie crusts
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Sliced bananas
1 c. grated coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream

Cook pineapple, sugar and flour until thick. Set aside and let cool. Meanwhile, line cooled pie crusts with sliced bananas, grated coconut and chopped. Pour pineapple mixture over the fruit; chill in refrigerator. Top with whip cream before serving.
