TWO MINUTE HAWAIIAN PIE 
1 pkg. (5 1/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
1 graham cracker pie crust
Sliced or crushed pineapple and maraschino cherries for garnishing
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

In a small bowl combine the first 3 ingredients until well blended. Pour into crust. When set up, top with Cool Whip. Garnish as desired.
