HAWAIIAN PIE 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
Sliced bananas
2 baked pie shell
9 oz. Cool Whip

Cook pineapple, flour and sugar until thick. Cool. Slice bananas on bottom of shell, add nuts, strawberries, part of coconut. Pour mixture over this. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts and coconut on top. Refrigerate 4 hours.
