TWICE BAKED POTATO 
Baking potato
Butter
Salt
Milk (optional)
Paprika or grated cheese

Cut baked potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out as much potato as possible without tearing the peeling. Whip with butter, salt and milk until fluffy. Mound back into shell. Sprinkle with paprika or grated cheese and heat in a 350 degree oven until golden brown.
