MELON BOWL SALAD 
Wash cantaloupe; cut in half and scoop out seeds. Cut melon out of shells with a melon baller. In a bowl, combine melon balls with other fresh fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, seedless grapes, pitted sweet cherries, or sliced strawberries, peaches, nectarines, apricots or plums.

Cut small piece from bottom of cantaloupe shells to make them sit level. Heap fruit mixture into shells and serve plain or topped with favorite fruit salad dressing. Allow 1 filled cantaloupe half per serving.
