HAM & WILD RICE 
1 c. wild rice
1 med. onion, minced
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 c. or more diced ham
2 slices bacon, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Cook wild rice and rain well. Saute onion, celery and bacon and add ham. Add cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and milk. Add wild rice and mix well. Put in a casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
