YORKSHIRE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced thin
1/2 c. leftover cooked vegetables
1 can beef gravy
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook and drain beef and onions. Add vegetables and 1/4 cup gravy. In separate bowl, stir water and Worcestershire sauce into remaining gravy. Set aside.

In 10 inch pie plate, place butter and place plate in oven to melt butter.

In small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add flour, salt and pepper. Beat until smooth. Remove pie plate from oven. Pour eggs in hot dish, spoon meat mixture into middle. Keep 1 inch around edge free. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Heat remaining gravy.
