DIET CUSTARD 
2 c. skim milk
4 eggs, beaten
Artificial sweetener to taste (usually amount equivalent to 2 tbsp. sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash nutmeg

Scald milk. Add milk to egg and mix well. Add vanilla and sweetener. Add nutmeg. Pour into four custard cups which have been rinsed with cold water. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. 1 serving - 100 gm = 6 cholesterol, 4 protein, 6 fat. 1/2 cup = 1/2 skim milk and 1 fat.
