TINA'S SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Prepare spinach as directed on packages. Squeeze spinach dry and set aside. Saute onion in butter. Combine onion with spinach in a 2-quart casserole dish. Place artichokes on top of spinach mixture. Spread with sour cream and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
