HOMEMADE KAHLUA

4 c. water
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. instant coffee
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup

Boil water. Add sugar, coffee and syrup - let cool - add:

1 qt. vodka
2 tbsp. vanilla
