DEVILED EGGS 
4 hard cooked eggs
4 tsp. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of paprika

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove egg yolks, mash with a fork. Add sour cream, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with a dash of paprika. 95 calories per 2 halves.
